Safety and hygiene are top priorities for the restaurant and hospitality sector and Mr Koo was able to see the benefits of products that contain no alcohol or chemicals but have been scientifically proved to be effective against 99.9 per cent of bacteria and viruses including Covid-qi, E-COLI, MERS and SARS.
The products made from the electrolysis of water that has been through a 60-stage filtration process and top-quality Scottish sea salt are completely safe to use in kitchens and around food. They use HOCL, also made by the human body, and are entirely hazard free.
Unlike products that use alcohol they are non-flammable and can be used to extinguish fire.
Cosmo has 20 restaurants across England and Scotland, from the south coast to Aberdeen in the north of Scotland. The restaurants work on an ‘all you can eat’ model but offer a choice of foods from across the world.
The chain was founded in 2003 and restaurants can be found in Wolverhampton, Derby, Aberdeen, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Liverpool, Manchester, Doncaster, Sheffield, Bristol, Romford, Reading, Oxford, Southampton Bournemouth, and Norwich. There are also restaurants in Belfast in Northern Ireland and Dublin in the Republic of Ireland.
